A calm place to sit, reflect, and begin your journey inward.
Welcome to Solace Seat
We all carry stories—some tender, some tangled, and some still waiting to be told. At Solace Seat, you are invited to pause, take a breath, and find your way back to yourself. Whether you're navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, or simply longing for deeper connection, this is a place to feel safe, supported, and truly seen.

Our Approach to Therapy
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. Here, we take a gentle, personalized path.
At Solace Seat, we use a blend of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to your needs. These are more than just techniques—they are doorways to understanding, empowerment, and peace.

What Makes Solace Seat Different?
This is not a place for pretense. Here, we honor the courage it takes to show up just as you are. Therapy isn’t about fixing—it’s about unfolding. At Solace Seat, you'll find:
A calm, judgment-free space to reflect and process
A trauma-informed, evidence-based approach tailored to your story
A therapist who’s done the work, too, and walks with you authentically
A belief that healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone

Yes. I am currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum Behavioral Health, Anthem EAP (Bank of America), and Carelon Behavioral Health.
-
I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). If you’re paying out of pocket, my hourly session rate is $150. My hourly session rate for couples is.
-
Before we meet, please complete any forms or questionnaires I send your way. It can also be helpful to make a short list of what you’re currently facing and the goals you’d like to work toward in our time together.
-
I work with adults and couples from all walks of life. Whoever you are, however you arrive—you are welcome here. You come as you are, and I accept you as you are.
-
Life happens. If you need to cancel, just give me a call at least 24 hours in advance. That allows me to offer your time to someone else on my waitlist. I do have a cancellation policy for missed sessions or those canceled within 24 hours, and I’ll share that with you once we’re scheduled.

Great question. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Greenville, SC, I offer therapy under my license and coaching as a separate service. Coaching is not clinical work—it’s focused on setting goals, identifying roadblocks, and moving forward with clarity. Coaching sessions are not eligible for insurance, and during those sessions, I do not serve in the role of a therapist due to state guidelines.
-
Yes. Solace Seat is fully HIPAA-compliant, and your privacy is a top priority. If you’d like to know more about how we keep your personal and medical information secure, I’m happy to walk you through the details.
